Neil LaBute to Direct Kutcher in "Lakeview Terrace"
Ashton終於有新片了，
可能會加入Samuel L. Jackson跟Kerry Washington，
演出Possession(無可就藥愛上妳), The Wicker Man(惡靈線索)導演的新片。
故事敘述Jacksong飾演的洛城警探，盡一切可能阻止即將要搬到他家隔壁的這對黑白情侶組合。
Kutcher跟Washington則演那對情侶。
Neil LaBute is in negotiations to direct and Ashton Kutcher is in talks to
co-star in Screen Gems' thriller "Lakeview Terrace."
Samuel L. Jackson and Kerry Washington already have boarded the project,
which centers on an LAPD officer (Jackson) who will stop at nothing to force
out the interracial couple that recently moved in next door. Kutcher would
play Washington's spouse.
David Loughery wrote the screenplay, and Howard Korder has been tapped to pen
a rewrite. Shooting will begin in June in Los Angeles.
ER's Goran Visnjic in "Bond 22"

MI6 website reports that Goran Visnjic ("ER") might be cast in the upcoming
"Casino Royale" sequel. According to a Croatian newspaper, when he auditioned
for "Casino," he was considered too young, but did such a good job that he
solidified his chances as the villain in "Bond 22."
When Goran's agent was contacted, he confirmed that the actor is working on
something massive and will be taking a break from "ER" in late 2007. If Goran
is finally cast, he will be playing Vesper Lynd's former love interest and
that his role will be sizable, menacing and significant to the plot.
At this point, the temporarily titled "Bond 22" is scheduled to hit theaters
on November 7th, 2008.
Zac Efron is Speed Racer

High School Musical’s Zac Efron is in talks to star in the lead role of The
Wachowski brothers’ (V For Vendetta, The Matrix trilogy) adaptation of Speed
Racer, the live-action adaptation of the Japanese cartoon series.
Zac, 19, was even granted permission by Disney to leave the High School
Musical 2 set for a day so that he could attend the Speed Racher callback
audition. If Warner Bros. is smart, they still snag him!
Speed Racer is scheduled for a May 23, 2008 release.
Butler to Escape From New York

300 star Gerard Butler is lined-up to star in a remake of John Carpenter's
Escape From New York from 1981, reports Variety.
Neal Moritz is attached to produce, with Black Hawk Downscreenwriter Ken
Nolan penning the screenplay.
Butler would play Snake Plissken, the one-eyed convict who's charged with
heading into the inescapable maximum security prison formerly known as
Manhattan to liberate the U.S. president.
Kurt Russell originated the role and reprised it in the 1996 sequel Escape
from L.A.

Kathryn Bigelow is directing from a screenplay she co-wrote with war reporter
Mark Boal, who recently co-wrote the story for Paul Haggis' In The Valley Of
Elah, starring Theron.
The Hurt Locker follows the exploits of an elite bomb disposal unit. Forced
to play a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse in the chaos of war, an elite Army
bomb squad unit must come together in a city where everyone is a potential
enemy and every object could be a deadly bomb.
Daniel Craig to Star in "Blindness"

Daniel Craig is in talks and Julianne Moore is in negotiations to star in the
Fernando Meirelles-helmed drama "Blindness" for Focus Features International.
Adapted by Don McKellar from Nobel Prize winner Jose Saramago's acclaimed
novel, the story chronicles an epidemic of blindness that sweeps through an
unnamed contemporary city and pushes society to the brink of breakdown.
Craig, whose credits include "Munich" and "Layer Cake," drew raves as the
latest Agent 007 in "Casino Royale." He will reprise his role as James Bond
in Sony's next installment, tentatively titled "Bond 22."

According to JoBlo's Mike Sampson, Mark Wahlberg is in talks to star in
Shyamalan's The Happening. Mark would be playing Elliot Moore, a teacher and
struggling musician. It's his struggle, along with that of his ex-wife and
daughter, that we follow along in the film. The deal is far from done, but he
is what we would call "in talks" for the role. Those talks can be very
preliminary or very advanced. Keep in mind that publicists like to announce
an actor's next movie as their current movie is getting ready to hit
theaters. Wahlberg's Shooter opens next Friday. Coincidence?
Cate Blanchett to Star in Indiana Jones 4!

"Indiana Jones" adventures. With David Koepp's screenplay shrouded in

Lucasfilm and directed by Steven Spielberg.
Shooting will begin in June in Los Angeles and at undisclosed locations
around the world. Paramount Pictures will release Indiana Jones 4
day-and-date around the world on May 22, 2008.
Frank Marshall is producing, with George Lucas and Kathleen Kennedy executive
